The name Mind & Vision came from my experience leading crews and managing jobsites. In my previous construction jobs, I was responsible for looking at a project before the work even started and thinking through how we were going to take it from an empty or unfinished area to the final result the customer had in mind.
Every project starts in the mind. I think through the layout, preparation, materials, equipment, crew, and every step needed to get the job done correctly.
Then comes the vision. Seeing what the finished project could become and figuring out how to turn the customer's idea into reality.
